Board & Governance

Our Board of Directors has responsibility for the governance of YWCA Victoria. Board members represent the constitutional interests of YWCA Victoria’s stakeholders, including members.

There are 13 Board Directors positions, with a maximum of 11 elected Board Directors, with the option of 2 Board Directors into co-opted positions. 30% of YWCA Victoria's Board Directors are under the age of 30 and all Board Directors are women. Nomination and election of Board Directors is based on required competencies and experience.
