Board & Governance

Our Board of Directors has responsibility for the governance of YWCA Victoria. Board members represent the constitutional interests of YWCA Victoria’s stakeholders, including members.

There are 8 Board Directors positions, with the option of 2 Board Directors into co-opted positions. 30% of YWCA Victoria's Board Directors are under the age of 30 and all Board Directors are women. Nomination and election of Board Directors is based on required competencies and experience.
