Training & Development Coordinator
Women@Work Program
Women@Work is a training program aimed at increasing confidence and skills required for obtaining employment. It is purposely tailored to meet the empowerment needs of women. It is currently being delivered as a fee for service program with Job Services Australia Providers with additional program being delivered through neighbourhood houses and other community groups. The program targets women who want to enter or re-enter the workforce. Participants are often women who are mothers, from non-English speaking backgrounds or experiencing disadvantage. This position will deliver a high quality training service and drive the business plan for further expansion of the program. This position will be paid at Social, Community, Home Care & Disability Service Industry Award – Social and Community Service Employee, Level 6 and is 0.4 EFT.

Coordinator, Mentoring Program
Established program, opportunity to drive growth
0.8 FTE $49,000-52,600 p.a.
We are seeking a highly motivated person to manage the Asista Mentoring program. The Asista program matches volunteer mentors with disadvantaged young women who need a positive role model in their lives. Duties include recruiting, screening, training and supervising volunteer mentors; matching mentors and participants and providing ongoing support. The role will also play a pivotal role in growth and development of the mentoring portfolio. Qualifications in Social Work or related discipline are required.
