A Message from the President of the YWCA Victoria

Welcome to the YWCA Victoria website.

YWCA Victoria is part of a global organisation that is committed to eliminating discrimination against young women.

YWCA Victoria offers community services and programs that particularly target marginalised women and we put the rights of women at the forefront of community debate.

You can use this website to find out about our programs or services or to discuss issues of concern to women in Victoria, Australia and around the world.

As part of a global organisation, YWCA Victoria offers women opportunities for leadership, participation and achievement. We want to hear from you and would like for you to become active in our organisation and help us tackle the challenges facing young women such as violence, economic inequality, discrimination and body image.

YWCA Victoria prides itself on the meaningful contribution made by our members. We train and encourage our women members in advocacy, campaigning, policy-writing and governance skills.

There are many ways to become involved at YWCA Victoria. Become a member or become a volunteer.
