Flygirl
Flygirl creates opportunities for girls to leap and bound; move and groove; and connect and communicate in a safe and supportive environment. Flygirl aims to build positive body image, self esteem and peer relationships, through creative avenues such as circus arts, dance, visual art and theatre.
 Who? Working with schools YWCA Victoria's innovative Flygirl program supports girls to discover all that they are and all they can be.
How? Program sessions are designed and adapted in consultation with the school community for each new group of girls.
When? Programs are run during the school term in school hours for the length of the term.
Where? Programs can be delivered both in schools and at external venues.
