Application Process

  1. YWCA Housing receives and assesses your application.
  2. You may be contacted and asked to come into our office for an interview. This is an opportunity for our housing staff to get to know you better and answer any questions you may have.
  3. If your application is approved, we will contact you to arrange a suitable time to view the property you have applied for. You have two business days to accept all reasonable offers, attend our office to sign the legal documentation and collect your keys.
  4. YWCA Housing requires you to pay two weeks rent in advance at the beginning of your tenancy/ residency and a bond of equal amount.
    You may be eligible for a Bond Loan through the office of housing.
